Rex May was the inventor of Ceqli.
He was also a gifted cartoonist and maintained a page on Facebook called Libertarian Ex-Army in which he defended conservative views in academic language (and not the ranting language so often found on FB). He regularly posted long, racist screeds and neo-nazi quotes photoshopped onto pictures of anime girls. Counter argument: his quotes were libertarian, not neo-Nazi. I'm not sure the "quotes" weren't originated by Rex. That's true tho' about the anime (Japanese style) cartoons. SCK.
